At BetSol, we are commited to protecting your privacy.We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must co-operate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.
For your security, we neither store, nor have access to your credit card numbers. When you place an order online with BetSol, your credit card details are in fact being sent to a remote, secure server which then interfaces with the banking system to complete the transaction.
If you have registered with us, and subscribed to our newsletter, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities.
We may, infrequently, share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research purposes.

Returns
BetSol are committed to providing you with total satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order you may do this by notifying BetSol in writing within fourteen days of receiving the goods.
Your notification of cancellation may be posted or emailed to the following addresses.

You must return the goods to BetSol at your own expense.
However, if the goods are soiled, damaged or laundered, BetSol reserve the right not to accept their return. BetSol will refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the receipt of your notice of cancellation.
